Here at the Rocky Mountain Care Foundation we are committed to the goal of minimizing barriers that limit healthcare accessibility for individuals regardless of  financial or insurance resources. We have three community outreach programs that we oversee here at RMCF, the Charitable Care Initiative, the Do Unto Others program, and the Good Deeds Challenge.

When funds are available, the Charitable Care Initiative may subsidize the cost of services provided by a healthcare entity in full or at a discounted rate for under-served individuals with limited financial resources. In the past we have helped to purchase:

  • Eyeglasses
  • Dentures
  • Hearing Aids
  • Safety Equipment (i.e. grab bars, shower chairs, wheelchairs, mobility aids, etc)
  • Surgeries
  • Medical Co-Payments

To qualify for the Charitable Care Initiative, one must follow 2015 Federal Poverty Guidelines by reporting their household size, annual income, contact information, insurance information (if applicable), and medical diagnosis.

Applications are available on our website (Charitable Care Initiative Application). For individuals without internet access, applications can be mailed directly to their residence.
